Ayah Ifteiha, a Licensed Psychological Associate, brings a collaborative and culturally informed approach to therapy, drawing from her diverse background and specialized training. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from UT Tyler.

With valuable experience at Brain Balance, Ayah has developed expertise in supporting the neurodivergent community and individuals with learning disabilities, as well as helping clients navigate the challenges of life transitions during young adulthood. She is passionate about working with adults facing OCD, anxiety disorders, grief, depression, trauma, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and skin-picking, utilizing habit reversal training and other evidence-based interventions to promote lasting growth.

As a trauma-informed clinician trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Ayah provides a safe, empowering, and compassionate space where healing can take place at the client’s pace. Her person-centered style emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that each client’s unique experiences and goals guide their therapeutic journey.

Drawing from her Palestinian American heritage, Ayah is deeply committed to making therapy accessible and welcoming to individuals from all backgrounds, particularly those who may feel uncertain or hesitant about seeking mental health support. She integrates cultural humility and inclusivity into her work, helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
